All orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping costs
The shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout correspond to the estimated minimum amount for the shipping zone. The final, updated shipping cost will be confirmed and communicated to the customer by CELIAN JOYAS once the order has been completed.
The final price may vary depending on the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the parcel, whichever is greater, according to the carrier’s conditions.

5. Carrier
Shipments are made through CTT Express and SEUR or other equivalent carriers, depending on the order destination and logistics availability.
CELIAN JOYAS reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
6. Shipping address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If the order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged orders or issues
If the order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Our team will review the case and offer a solution as soon as possible.
8. Customs and taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees, according to the regulations of the destination country.
These costs are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs.
